Over R250k spent on boat to get to this stage, original builder had to sell due to personal reasons and I purchased the vessel to gain rights to the plans. I have no need for the Vessel.
Boat would suit Power Cat or Sailing Cat.
Only boat shell for sale, no mast, engines or fittings.
There is +- R12 000 worth of materials, Epoxy, glass cloth, fairing compounds, marine ply, full sheet polycarbonate for windows and door / hatches etc. This is all included in the sale.
Open to offers of Trade SWAP SWOP - But please no scraps or non runners and I shall not trade for anything worth less than R70k
Buyer would need to either take over current shed rental or move the vessel.
Current Rental is +- R2700 per month and has been paid in full up to date.
